POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES

El usuario dispondrá de un plazo de 14 días naturales, contados a partir de la fecha de recepción del producto, para la devolución del mismo. Salvo que la devolución sea realizada por defectos en el producto, los gastos relativos al envío serán asumidos por parte del usuario. En todo caso el producto deberá ser devuelto en su embalaje original y en perfecto estado.

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, deberá usted notificar a MAGNETO FADER de su decisión de desistir del contrato a través de una declaración inequívoca,  a través del formulario "CONTACT" en el sitio web.

Para cumplir el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que la comunicación relativa al ejercicio por su parte de este derecho sea enviada antes de que venza el plazo correspondiente.

El derecho de desistimiento no podrá aplicarse a los productos personalizados o que hayan sido manipulados mecánicamente por el usuario.

RETURN POLICY

The user will have a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, for the return of the same. Unless the return is made for defects in the product, the expenses related to the shipment will be assumed by the user. In any case the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify MAGNETO FADER of its decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement, through by filling out the "CONTACT" form on the website.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise by this party of this right be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

The right of withdrawal can not be applied to personalized products or that have been mechanically manipulated by the user.
